Soccer Drills for Youth Players from Coerver Soccer Camp.
The move of the week is the scissor move. This is a staple move for making a move to goal.
Game of the week is called Tunnel ball. Line up three or four players and rotate from front to back.
Homework is more juggling! This time we use foot, foot, thigh, thigh and so on.

The Coerver Soccer Drill this week is the Slap Step over. This is a great move to play tricks on your defender’s eyes.
The Move of the Week is called the Drag – Push. This soccer drill will create space away from a defender to allow for a shot on goal.
Fun Game of the week is Fishing Crabs. This is right up the alley of the younger soccer players. The defenders crab walk to try to steal the ball of the offense. Offense uses any move to try to keep the crab from catching them.
Soccer Home Work is more Advanced Juggling. Juggle with your feet kicking the ball above the head without putting a spin on the ball.

This week on Coerver Soccer Camp is a cool drill called the dribble – cut. This is a drill that has players using both feet to dribble and incorporates the Maradona spin to change directions.
The Move of the Week is called the Pull – Push. This is a great soccer move to teach young players to shield the ball with one foot and create an opportunity for a shot on goal.
This weeks Fun Game is a relay focusing on heading skills.
And the Soccer Homework is on Advanced Juggling Skills. The double touch has you use both the right and left foot – twice!
