    There is absolutely no secret about running and kick the ball “at the same time”. The only thing you need to know, is to run “straight” and having a good anticipation of your opponent’s movement to change your direction on the good time. To make it better, you don’t need to run to kick the ball correctely BUT you need to organize your movements with your speed to adjust your kick. If you try multiple times, you’ll get used to it and you’ll be ready to kick some asses !! Good Luck.

    can you tell me how to sprint[runing] and kick the ball at the same time ??? everytime i try .. the ball will just go out of target… i only can run slowly and shoot ..

    I’ve played football in the USA. It is just as well, the Us giuys are more the athletic kind of players. They almost never dribble or turn. But they’re
    usually fast and therefore they can recover!

    lol. no offense but most of americans can’t play football(soccer) if you were born in england(britain) you just know this stuff somehow already it’s just part of most english people childhood lol.
