Most successful soccer players use a combination of speed and direction changes to beat their opponent to get to the net.  Today’s video showcases soccer legend Sergio Agaero.  He demonstrates a soccer move he calls the  “bait and switch.”

The demonstration shows hot to use speed and a series of cuts and fakes to get a defender off balance.  I really like this video because he does a step by step walk through to explain to you and your kids how to do it.  This demo can be used as a soccer drill at practice or even in your back yard because it combines a variety of skills that a player can use based on how the defender approaches him or her.
