Coerver Soccer Camp Week 8 ball mastery skills drill is called the in – out drag back. This drill requires you to be light on your feet and in control of your dribble. It allows for creating space away from a defender and to quickly change directions.
The move of the week is the Maradona Spin. This is a great move to learn at a full speed dribble to make space away from a defender to shoot on goal.
Game of the week: Dribbling Bridges. How many bridges can you dribble before time is up?
Soccer Homework: Time to bring all the juggling skills together for free juggling. Players can use feet, thighs, knees, head chest, etc. Your goal should be to increase your juggling skills by 1 each day, so one year from now your juggling will be 365 plus your current record!
